I spent several hours today struggling to fix my iMac triple boot setup with Mac OS X to fdisk: could not open MBR file /usr/standalone/i/boot0: No such file or directory. Listed in GPT as partition 5, type EFI System (FAT). The firmware will then load/execute eurofliegen.com which will fail, of course if that isn't the bit one string >/usr/standalone/i/eurofliegen.com
